Paladar Restaurant has Reason to Celebrate! Chef/owner Aarón Sanchez and his staff at Paladar Restaurant have reason to celebrate this spring. Chef Sanchez and his mother Zarela Martinez, renowned cookbook author and owner of Zarela Restaurant, are co-executive chefs of this year’s James Beard Foundation Awards Gala reception, “Sabor Latino!-Latin Flavor” on May 10th. Paladar is also celebrating the re-opening of it’s ‘Salon’, which had been closed this winter, undergoing a complete renovation. Chef Sanchez has created a three-course prix fix menu inspired by his collaboration with the featured guest chefs from across the Americas and the Caribbean.
